Delivery, Returns and Stock Information

__________   Home Delivery   __________

Our special Kent home delivery service is FREE for all orders over £100, or just £5.95 per order. The average lead time for home delivery is 3-5 working days but this is subject to stock availability (see below), so please allow up to 15 working days to receive your order. Home deliveries require a signature and can be made any time between 9am to 5pm.

__________   Weekly School Delivery   __________ 

For selected schools we offer a FREE weekly delivery service to the school during term time. This service is only available to the schools listed below and is usually made on the days stated for orders placed by 10am the day before if items are in stock. All orders are subject to stock availability (see below). Please make sure you enter the students name and form in the 'delivery instructions' box at the checkout.

__________   Collect from Store   __________ 

To collect your school uniform order from our shop in Faversham please place your order and wait for a 'Dispatched' email prior to collection to make sure your order is ready before you come over. Most orders will be ready for collection within 3-5 working days but this is subject to stock availability (see below), so please allow up to 15 working days for your confirmation email. Stock:

Our online shop does NOT show a live stock status and whilst we endeavour to always have stock available for immediate dispatch, some items may sell out from time to time but will still be available to order online. Once ordered you will be notified by email (usually within 3-5 working days) if an item is ‘Awaiting Stock’. This means your item(s) have been put on back order and will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available. Most items take on average 15 working days for stock replenishment; however some may take longer, especially during peak times. As soon as the item(s) are back in stock you will be notified via a 'dispatched' email, and the items will be sent via your chosen delivery method. All Mid Kent College items are made to order and the delivery time will therefore be approx 15 working days after the date of the order.

Payment:

Orders placed online may be paid either via cheque, or credit/debit card through PayPal (you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay via card). If paying via card you will be directed to our PayPal payments page where you can either log in your PayPal account (if you have one), or you can simply enter your card payment details by clicking on the section that says 'Dont have a PayPal account?'.

If paying by cheque please select this option at the checkout, print out your receipt, and post with your cheque (made payable to 'Term Time Unifoms') to our standard address. Please note orders will not be processed until payment is recieved in full.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us (excluding Mid Kent College items which are non returnable unless faulty), you may return it in its original condition within 28 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund (excluding carriage). The returned goods must be in a resalable condition and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. If the return is due to a faulty garment or we have sent an item in error then we will offer a replacement or full refund (including carriage), provided we are aware of this within 10 working days. Please send all returns securely to the following address, we can not be held responsible for items that fail to reach us safely:
